Senior UX/UI Designer

What you will be doing:
The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding the team development efforts towards successful project delivery. The task ahead is varied, interesting and challenging. Responsibilities:

Teaming with business users and developers to translate requirements into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Participating in the evaluation process of the outsourced design work
Conducting usability testing of prototypes or finished products, contributing to outsourced design work acceptance procedures
Assessing the quality of a user experience
Making updates and changes in existing UX/UI designs
Working on new product UX development
Developing personas and usage scenarios
Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
Creating product prototypes
Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
Assisting with content development
Conducting competitor and customer analysis

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a senior UX Designer
Work experience in UI Design will be an asset
A portfolio demonstrating UX (wireframes/prototypes/other UX artifacts) and visual design work
Proficient in prototype/mockup software
Knowledge of wireframe tools such as Figma, UXPin or Adobe XD
Experience in UX KPI tracking, and testing tools usage
Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Good time-management and process-management skills
Basic understanding of languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript will be an asset
Experience in working on Fintech or e-commerce projects will be an asset
